Easy Pumpkin Pie Cups

pumpkin pie in a cup

I had these last year and really enjoyed them, so I found a recipe for it. When I made them at home, we used vanilla pudding (the store seems to have a shortage of pumpkin spice pudding) and the next time I make it, I'll use Hershey's chocolate.

Ingredients:

Milk (for the pudding)
One box of pumpkin spice Jello instant pudding
One container thawed Cool Whip
Graham Crackers

How to make them:

1. Make the pudding according to the package, adding in half of the Cool Whip. Chill in refrigerator.

2. Crush the graham crackers and fill your cups about 1/5 full. Add the pudding mixture, saving a little space at the top of the cups. Then, spoon some Cool Whip on top of the pudding.

3. Enjoy!

            * If you want to try something different, instead of Pumpkin Spice pudding, use your favorite flavor, like chocolate or vanilla.
